If you prefer a slimmer fit and want to keep your PHOOZY in your pocket, the Apollo is your best bet.  If you need something more rugged that you can attach to your backpack or belt, have an internal stash pocket and more protection, the XP3 will be your better choice.

The PHOOZY is water-resistant, not water-proof.  While the PHOOZY is fully buoyant, your phone could still get wet if left floating in the water. If you do not have a water resistant smartphone such as the iPhone 7/7+, 8/8+ and X, we recommend quickly removing your PHOOZY/Phone from the water.

If you happen to drop your PHOOZY into the water, don't worry, simply remove your smartphone and turn your PHOOZY inside out to air dry.  You should make sure your PHOOZY is completely dry before putting your smartphone back into it.

The PHOOZY does not provide RFID blocking. The PHOOZY was designed to allow signals to pass through the protective pouch, so customers can stream their music, use their smartwatch and/or wireless ear buds / air pods.

While the PHOOZY Thermal Capsules and are not designed to be left in a cold or hot vehicle for an extended period of time, some of our customers have used them for that purpose with great success. However, please know that after an extended period of time, thermal balance will occur (meaning the internal temperature of the PHOOZY will match the ambient temperature). While the PHOOZY is not a phone warmer or heater, it will extend the period of time that a phone will remain at its operating temperatures much in the same way your jacket will keep you from freezing or a cooler will keep a beverage cool in the heat, but only for a period of time. In testing we have successfully extended battery life up to 3X in temperatures of zero degreees Farenheit.

The PHOOZY uses NASA technology to insulate and protect your device in cold conditions. The PHOOZY is designed to be used in an inner jacket or pants pocket while you are outside.  It is not designed to work in a cold vehicle for an extended period of time.

The PHOOZY is not a phone cooler or phone heater, meaning it does not cool down a hot phone or warm up a cold phone.  It helps prevent overheating in the sun by reflecting solar radiation (heat) and extends battery life in cold by insulating your device from frigid conditions. 

It is designed to increase the length of time your phone will maintain the optimum operating temperature in both hot and cold conditions (compared to not using a PHOOZY Thermal Capsule), which can greatly extend your battery life in extreme conditions.

We have heard from several customers that use the PHOOZY to protect their phone while using the sauna with great success. However, the PHOOZY was not designed for that specific use case as there are many variables such as duration of time in sauna, actual temperatures, etc. 

PHOOZY Sizing and Wear

This sizing guide assumes you have a case on your phone.  If you don't wear a case on your phone, you can always go a size smaller.

PHOOZY Sizing Guide 

PLUS:  iPhone 6/7/8/X/Xs, Galaxy S6/S7/S8/S9, Pixel/Pixel 2 and most medium size phones. Will fit phone case up to: 6.6" x 0.5" x 3.5"

XL:  iPhone 6+/7+/8+/Xr/Xs Max, Galaxy S8+/S9+, Note 8/9, Pixel XL/2XL/3XL and most larger size phones. Will fit phone case up to: 7" x 0.5" x 4"

The PHOOZY does wear over time, kind of like a great pair of jeans.  The Silver and Gold will start to turn to a dark charcoal color but this does not impact the performance of your PHOOZY. 

Order/Returns/Warranty Questions

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

You may return or exchange an item within 30 days from original purchase. Please include the original packaging and include a note explaining the reason for the return or exchange. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3-4 business days of receipt.  Please allow several business days for credits to be posted to your account. You will receive an email once your return or exchange has been processed.

PHOOZY warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (Warranty Period).  Normal "wear and tear" is not covered by Product Warranty.  Please contact us with warranty questions at info@phoozy.com.
