Orders & Returns
What is the exchange/return policy?
Returns and/or exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receipt. Returns outside the 30-day period will no longer be accepted. Clearance items are not returnable.

How long should my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed by our warehouse within 2 business days of receipt and typically take 2-4 business days to ship to the customer via USPS. USPS Shipping is free on all US orders over $75.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We strive to get every order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Any changes to your order will be dependent on the status of the processing and shipping of your order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made. To make an order change request, please reply to your order confirmation email with the requested changes.
What’s the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package from our warehouse directly to your door. Please note that USPS tracking can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully update on their website. This delay is normal and simply means your package has been picked up but has not been scanned at the next facility yet. If you do not see movement right away, do not panic. Your order is still on the way and will begin showing updates as soon as USPS processes it through their system.
What are the cutoff times for UPS Overnight and UPS 2-Day Shipping?
Orders must be submitted by 2 p.m. EST in order to make the cutoff for UPS pickup.
Can I add a custom logo to my PHOOZY?

How do I sign up for a wholesale account or order in bulk?

How long is my PHOOZY product under warranty?
PHOOZY warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of Five Years from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (Warranty Period). Is the PHOOZY waterproof?
The PHOOZY floats and is water resistant, not waterproof. Think of it like a life jacket for your phone. It keeps it safe on the water, not under it.
What's the best way to use the PHOOZY in extreme cold?
The PHOOZY uses NASA insulation to protect your device and works best when it's in an inner jacket or pants pocket while you're outside. It's not a device warmer and isn’t meant to keep a phone/tablet alive in a cold car for more than about 3 hours.
What's the best way to use the PHOOZY in extreme heat?
Before putting your phone in your PHOOZY, close high-energy apps like Waze or Google Maps. These can heat your phone even on standby. If your phone already feels warm, let it cool down before placing it inside the PHOOZY.
The PHOOZY uses serious NASA tech, but it isn’t a phone cooler. It also isn’t meant to sit in a hot car for long. A parked vehicle is basically an oven, so keep it under 3 hours max.
For the best battery protection, keep your phone in the PHOOZY instead of pulling it out in direct sunlight. Taking it out over and over is like removing your beer koozie every few minutes. It just won’t perform the way it should.

Will the PHOOZY work in the sauna?
The PHOOZY wasn’t designed specifically for sauna use, but many customers do use it to help protect their phone or tablet while they’re in the sauna.
Will the PHOOZY heat my phone up or cool my phone down?
The PHOOZY is not a phone cooler or heater. It won’t cool down an already hot phone or warm up a cold one. What it does do is protect your device from the elements. In the sun, it helps prevent overheating by reflecting heat. In the cold, it insulates your phone so the battery lasts longer.
The PHOOZY is designed to help your phone stay in its ideal operating temperature longer in both hot and cold conditions compared to going unprotected. This can significantly extend battery life in extreme weather.
What's the difference between the Apollo, Apollo II + Antimicrobial, and XP3 Series?

Will the PHOOZY protect my phone in a cold or hot car?
PHOOZY Thermal Capsules aren’t designed to sit in a hot or cold vehicle for long periods, but many customers, including Fortune 500 companies use them that way with great results. We still recommend a 3 hour max. After that, thermal balance kicks in, meaning the inside of the PHOOZY will eventually match the temperature of the car.
What temperatures does the PHOOZY protect your device from and for how long?
The PHOOZY helps your device stay within its safe operating temperature (32 to 95 degrees, per Apple) up to 4 times longer in both heat and cold compared to going unprotected. Results vary, and some customers report 8 to 10 times longer performance in extreme conditions (vs. not using a PHOOZY).
Along with thermal protection, the PHOOZY also floats if dropped in water and adds impact protection against drops and scuffs. In short, you get full 360 degree protection from the elements.

Does the PHOOZY provide RFID blocking?
Only the Orion Capsule includes RFID blocking, and it’s limited to the back pocket. The rest of the PHOOZY lineup does not offer RFID blocking.
Can I still listen to music/use my smartwatch while it's inside the PHOOZY?
Yes. The PHOOZY is designed to let signals pass through, so you can still use your smartwatch and stream music to AirPods or any Bluetooth speaker while your phone is inside.

How does the PHOOZY wear over time?
The PHOOZY will naturally show some wear over time, similar to a great pair of jeans. Silver and Gold models may darken to a charcoal color, but this doesn’t affect performance at all.
How do I clean my PHOOZY?
To clean your PHOOZY, wipe the outside with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Let it air dry completely before using it again. PHOOZY Thermal Capsules are not machine washable and should never go in the dryer.
Can I dry my PHOOZY using a dryer or microwave?
No. Always let your PHOOZY air dry completely. Never put it in a dryer or a microwave.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Alabama to all states and most countries in the world including P.O. Boxes and all military locations via their APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
For international orders, your order may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority and/or our preferred carrier.
How much does shipping cost?
All U.S. orders over $50 ship free in the US via USPS. For orders under $50, the USPS shipping fee ranges from $3.99 to $5.99 while UPS will most likely be higher (but faster).
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Available options and their associated costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
For U.S. orders:
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery in two business days(order by 2pm EST).
- UPS Next Day Air: Delivery on the next business day. (order by 2pm EST)
For international orders:
