You asked.

What size Apollo Capsule should I get for my phone?

Check your phone with the case on.
Bigger phones or bulky cases usually need Large. Smaller setups fit Medium. If you’re between sizes, go up and save yourself the headache.
Will this actually cool my phone down or keep it warm?

No. It’s not changing the temperature. It slows how fast your phone heats up or cools down, which is what protects battery life.
Can I still use my phone normally inside it?

Yes. Calls, music, GPS, Bluetooth all work. It protects your phone without cutting it off from the world.
Can I use my phone while it’s inside the PHOOZY?

Not really. It’s meant to protect when you’re not actively using it. Think of it like a jacket, not a phone case.

Keeps phone from freezing in winter

"Love the Phoozy, I have been using the same one for at least 5 years ever since I killed an iphone from the battery freezing while Nordic skiing in the long Alaska winter. It protects my replacement phone and it hasn't frozen since, which is also important for backcountry safety communications."

— V Z. (5/5)

very helpful

"well made, excellent concept, my phone fits in it with room, top velcro is easy enough to open one handed keeps my phone from dying completely when stored in a bag away from my body for about 1. 5hr streaming music at freezing temps above zero. definitely keeps my phone alive when stored near by body inside coat layer. does require an XL pocket to fit in."

— Autumn S. (4/5)

Great item

"Keeps my phone from overheating in triple digit weather. Do wish there was one to wrap around my Kindle and still be able to use it. Maybe I'll cobble one together from 2 phone cases."
