Orders & Returns

What is the exchange/return policy?

Returns and/or exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receipt. Returns outside the 30-day period will no longer be accepted. Clearance items are not returnable.

How long should my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed by our warehouse within 2 business days of receipt and typically take 2-4 business days to ship to the customer via USPS. USPS Shipping is free on all US orders over $75.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We strive to get every order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Any changes to your order will be dependent on the status of the processing and shipping of your order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made. To make an order change request, please reply to your order confirmation email with the requested changes.

What’s the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package from our warehouse directly to your door, or you can find your tracking info through our chat option on the website. 

What are the cutoff times for UPS Overnight and UPS 2-Day Shipping?

Orders must be submitted by 2 p.m. EST in order to make the cutoff for UPS pickup.

Can I add a custom logo to my PHOOZY?

Absolutely! Please fill out the Custom Order form PHOOZYs with Custom Logos.

How do I sign up for a wholesale account or order in bulk?

How long is my PHOOZY product under warranty?

Is the PHOOZY waterproof?

The PHOOZY floats and is water-resistant, not waterproof. It's like a life jacket for your phone.

What's the best way to use the PHOOZY in extreme cold?

The PHOOZY uses NASA technology to insulate your device and is designed to be used in an inner jacket or pants pocket while you are outside (the PHOOZY isn't a device warmer).  It is not designed to work in a cold vehicle for more than 3 hours.

What's the best way to use the PHOOZY in extreme heat?

Before putting your phone inside your PHOOZY, it's best to first close apps with high energy usage like Waze or Google Maps as they will quickly overheat your phone even while it’s on standby. If your phone is already warm to the touch, do not put it inside the PHOOZY.

The PHOOZY has some amazing NASA tech under the hood but it is not a phone cooler. Also, the PHOOZY is not designed to be left in hot vehicles (it's just an oven for your phone!). We recommend 3 hours max. Lastly, to get the most battery extending time, keep your phone in your PHOOZY for max protection. If you keep taking your phone out in the sun, it's like constantly removing your beer koozie—it's not going to get the job done.

Will the PHOOZY work in the sauna?

While the PHOOZY wasn’t designed for the sauna, we have many customers using the PHOOZY to protect their phone and tablet while using the sauna.

Will the PHOOZY heat my phone up or cool my phone down?

The PHOOZY is not a phone cooler or a phone heater, meaning it does not cool down a hot phone or warm up a cold phone. The PHOOZY helps prevent overheating in the sun by reflecting solar radiation (heat) and extends battery life in cold by insulating your device from frigid conditions. 

It is designed to increase the length of time your phone will maintain the optimum operating temperature in both hot and cold conditions (compared to not using a PHOOZY Thermal Capsule), which can greatly extend your battery life in extreme conditions.

What's the difference between the Apollo, Apollo II + Antimicrobial, and XP3 Series?

Apollo Series - Ultra Slim & Lightweight - If you prefer a slimmer fit and want to keep your PHOOZY in your pocket, the Apollo is your best bet.

Apollo II + Antimicrobial Series - Ultra Slim, Lightweight with Added Protection - The Apollo II Series maintains the slim profile of the original Apollo Series but features increased thermal and drop protection. Antimicrobial lining and key ring are included.

XP3 + Antimicrobial Series - Ultra Rugged Protection - When you need the highest levels of protection for your phone, it’s the XP3.  Plus, it easily attaches to your backpack/belt and has an internal stash pocket for your cash and cards.

Will the PHOOZY protect my phone in a cold or hot car?

While the PHOOZY Thermal Capsules are not designed to be left in a cold or hot vehicle for an extended period of time, some customers (including large Fortune 500 companies) are using them for that purpose with great success. We recommend 3 hours max. However, please know that after an extended period of time, thermal balance will occur (meaning the internal temperature of the PHOOZY will match the ambient temperature). 

While the PHOOZY is not a phone warmer or heater, it will extend the period of time that a phone will remain at its operating temperatures much in the same way your jacket will keep you from freezing or a cooler will keep a beverage cool in the heat, but only for a period of time. In testing we have successfully extended battery life up to 4X in temperatures of zero degrees Fahrenheit.

What temperatures does the PHOOZY protect your device from and for how long?

The PHOOZY helps maintain the safe operating temperature of your device up to 4X longer in the heat/sun and cold (vs. not using a PHOOZY). Apple defines the safe operating temperature range of 32 degrees to 95 degrees.  While all situations vary, some customers experience 8-10X improvement with the PHOOZY. Plus, the PHOOZY floats If accidentally dropped in water along with impact protection from drops and scuffs, giving you 360 degree protection from the elements.

Does the PHOOZY provide RFID blocking?

The Orion Capsule provides RFID blocking in its back pocket while the rest of the PHOOZY product line does not provide RFID blocking.

Can I still listen to music/use my smartwatch while it's inside the PHOOZY?

Yes, the PHOOZY was designed to allow signals to pass through the protective pouch, so customers can use their smartwatch and stream music using AirPods or other wireless bluetooth speakers.

How does the PHOOZY wear over time?

The PHOOZY does wear over time, kind of like a great pair of jeans. The Silver and Gold will start to turn to a dark charcoal color but this does not impact the performance of your PHOOZY.

How do I clean my PHOOZY?

To clean your PHOOZY, we recommend using a damp cloth and a mild soap on the exterior surfaces. Please let your PHOOZY completely air dry before using. PHOOZY Thermal Capsules are NOT machine washable and should never be placed into a dryer.

Can I dry my PHOOZY using a dryer or microwave?

No. We recommend that you completely air dry your PHOOZY before using. Your PHOOZY should never be put into a dryer or microwave.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Alabama to all states and most countries in the world including P.O. Boxes and all military locations via their APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.    

For international orders, your order may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority and/or our preferred carrier.

How much does shipping cost?

All U.S. orders over $75 ship free in the US.  For orders under $75, the USPS shipping fee ranges from $2.99 to $7.99 while UPS will most likely be higher (but faster).

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Available options and their associated costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

For U.S. orders:

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery in two business days.
  • UPS Next Day Air: Delivery on the next business day.

For international orders:

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited®: A reliable and economical option with day-definite delivery.
